Small Group Meeting - 6/8
We are meeting this Sunday evening from 7-9 pm at Danielle Zaborski's house for small group. Her address is 133 Jefferson Rd, which is between 21st street and Mt. Vernon Rd/Rt 13. John Clem Elementary is on the same street but on the opposite end, if that would be helpful as a land marker. Her house is yellow with a white picket fence, a large front porch, and two red trees.

Community groups, fine dining, and paintball. Yes, they have something in common.
Small group will be at Brandon’s apartment Sunday, April 13th, from 6PM-8PM. Come relax and help us eat some of Brandon’s food as we fellowship and do life together. Directions from the church to his apartment are below:

We will be eating at the Cheesecake Factory in Easton. Guys, dress shnazzy for the ladies, and ladies - do your thing that you do. More details concerning these two events will be coming soon.

Coffee, Donuts, & Easter Eggs
Hope everyone's doing well (especially those stressing about finals week coming up for OSU-N/COTC)!
We are NOT meeting for small group this coming Sunday evening, as I know how stressful this week has been for many of you. However, if you're available anytime between
9:00AM-12PM on Monday, March 10th, feel free to help us and a group of students from Connecticut serve free coffee, hot chocolate and donuts to students on campus for finals week (and grab some for yourself, too!). This college group from Campus Crusade has decided to come to central Ohio for their spring break (I know, what were they
thinking? :-P) to serve other college students on the campuses in the area, so this would be a wonderful opportunity to serve and meet new people. I'll send more details soon.
Also, if you're looking for an opportunity to serve children and have a great time meeting new people, Saturday, March 15th from 10:30AM-12:00PM the Newark Church of the Nazarene is hosting "The Great Easter Egg Hunt". Details are below:

Locations: McGuffey Elementary, Mound Builders Park, Real Life
Teenagers may think they are too old to hunt for Easter eggs, but students are invited to serve at our "Great Easter Egg Hunt" on Saturday, March 15. The event is for families from Newark Naz and our surrounding neighborhoods. The Great Easter Egg Hunt takes place at three locations and will include balloons, face painting, cookie decorating, games, and of course the great Easter egg hunt for three different age groups.
Volunteers are needed to serve in one of the ways listed below, and families are encouraged to serve together. Students and families can sign up now in the lobby.
Serve in one of the following areas:
- donations of plastic eggs and individually wrapped candy
- set up and tear down
- face painting
- cookie decorating
- registration
- games
- egg hunts (infants - 2 years, 3-5 years; K - 6th)
If either of these activities interest you, please shoot me an e-mail or call me as soon as possible, and I can get you any other information you need. Good luck on the coming week, and I'll continue to keep you updated!

Ice Skating & Paty Afterwards! Feb. 24th
We will be meeting at the Newark Ice Skating Rink on Sharon Valley Rd. at 6:00 PM Sunday night, Feb. 24th, to go ice skating! I'm not positive of the cost, but I'm guessing it will be around $5 a person, then extra for any snacks.
